Hat Project
Doubleview Gold Corp is focused on the exploration and development of high-value critical metals essential for global industries. Our flagship the Hat Project, located in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, is a major source of copper, scandium, cobalt, gold, and silver. With a commitment to innovation, responsible development, and resource expansion, we are advancing projects that contribute to the future of clean energy, technology, and industrial growth.
Unlocking the Future of Strategic Resources
The Hat Project is Doubleview Gold Corp’s flagship exploration asset, located in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, a region renowned for its rich mineral resources. This large-scale alkalic porphyry deposit is a major source of copper, scandium, cobalt, gold, and silver, positioning Doubleview at the forefront of critical metals development.
Strategic Location & Geological Significance
Situated in a mining-friendly jurisdiction with established infrastructure and access to skilled labor.
Hosts a large, polymetallic deposit, with ongoing exploration revealing significant resource potential.
Key contributor to the growing demand for clean energy metals, supporting the global transition to sustainable technologies.

Geology and Resources
The Hat Deposit is an alkalic porphyry system, with extensive mineralization confirmed through drilling and geophysical studies. The project’s unique composition of strategic metals makes it a high-potential resource for industries relying on these minerals.

Drill Results and Updates
The mineral resource estimate of the Hat Deposit is an independently verified document which interprets the tens of thousand of meters drilled and thousands of analysed samples.

Hat Gold Rich Copper Porphyry
Location / Infrastructure: (Area : 18,000 ha)
The Hat Property comprises more than 18,000 hectares in nineteen (19) mineral tenures and is located in northwestern British Columbia, 95 km southwest of Dease Lake and 190 km south of Atlin. It is immediately east of the Coast Mountains and south of Level Mountain, a large inactive shield-type volcano. Hat project is located about 10 kilometers North of the Golden Bear Road. Current access is by fixed-wing aircraft from Dease Lake or Whitehorse to the nearby airstrip or by helicopter directly to the Hat project camp. The Northwest Transmission Line brings electric power to within 120 km and Highways 37 and 51, an all-weather hard surfaced road, is 95 km east. Provincial and federal governments have committed 195 million dollars to improving the local roads.
Discovery:
Proudly, the Doubleview management and geological team discovered the Hat deposit in early 2014 from a greenfield prospect in the first drilling season. Although the mineralization length in some drill holes exceeds 0.5 km, the company has yet to identify the extent of the deposit laterally and at depth.
The deposit has a sulphide footprint of more than 11 square km, determined by rock samples and geological mapping, and it has the potential to be one of British Columbia’s most important discoveries in recent years.
The Hat Property has been explored by magnetic and induced polarization geophysical surveys, geochemical soil surveys and geological mapping and diamond drilling.
Historic (1978-1979, et al.) geochemical soil surveys identified large areas with anomalous to strongly anomalous copper in soils values that were confirmed in 2011 by additional surveys. Prospecting and geological investigations located zones of copper and gold mineralization and areas of outcroppings with alteration and mineralization characteristic of porphyry-type deposits coincident with strongly anomalous magnetic and chargeability responses. Further surveys in 2011 provided additional data that supported the grassroots exploration model that guided initial diamond drilling in 2013.
Following the drilling of six holes with marginal but encouraging success, a more aggressive drilling campaign in 2014 resulted in the discovery of the Lisle Zone of gold-copper mineralization. Further drilling in 2015 and 2016 has confirmed the presence of a very large gold-copper deposit that has not been delimited in any dimension. The Hat Project Lisle Zone is an alkalic-type gold-copper porphyry discovery closely similar in genesis, host rock types, alteration and mineralization to several important British Columbia mines, including the Copper Mountain, Mt Polley, Mt Milligan, and Red Chris operating mines but distinct from Valley Copper and Gibraltar calc-alkalic porphyry mines.
Producing Mines:
Red Chris Mine (Imperial Metals)
Highland Valley (Teck)
Gibraltar (Taseko Mines)
Copper Mountain (Copper Mtn Mining)
Endako (Thompson Creek)
Huckleberry (Imperial Metals)
Developed Deposits:
Galore Creek (Teck/NovaGold)
Kutcho (Capstone)
Morrison (Pacific Booker )
Schaft Creek (Copper Fox)
Sulphurets (Seabridge/Pretium)

Hat Project Infrastructure Regional Geology Setting:
Doubleview’s Hat Project is located 95 km southwest of Dease Lake, Northwestern B.C., Canada. Access is by aircraft and helicopter from nearby roads and airstrips. An historic mining road passes within ten km of the property. Goods and services, contractors and personnel are obtained from local communities and from Smithers, B. C. and Whitehorse, Yukon.
Doubleview’s field crews are accommodated in a temporary camp equipped with amenities and reliable communications.
Doubleview’s Hat Project is being explored in complete observance of provisions of MX 1-872, a provincial permit required by legislation and regulations that was issued following consultation with all parties. A monetary bond is held by the province to ensure satisfactory reclamation by Doubleview, it can be remediated without the need for public funds.
