The Hat Project is entirely serviced by area-based fixed wing and helicopter services. Drilling operations are conducted by Tahltan Drilling Services, a locally-owned full-service company that employs members of the local First Nations. A 20 person temporary camp provides accommodation for up to twenty crew members, including drillers, technicians and support workers. Supplies, including fuels, building materials and food, are obtained from northern suppliers.
