Critical Minerals Strategy

Critical Metals for a Changing World

Doubleview Gold Corp. is advancing key critical minerals — copper, gold, cobalt, silver, and scandium — at its flagship Hat Project in northwestern British Columbia, supporting global electrification and technology infrastructure.

Target Elements

Core Mineral Focus at the Hat Deposit

The Hat Project hosts a large copper-gold-alkaline porphyry system with associated critical metal potential.

Scandium funding clarification: The US$400 million referenced in recent Doubleview news releases is a conditional loan commitment by the U.S. Department of War’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) to fund allied scandium supply initiatives — not funding awarded to Doubleview Gold Corp. Doubleview is pursuing strategic government engagement following that initiative. No amount of government funding has been secured by or committed directly to the Company.

Technical Note: The 2024 NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate includes copper, gold, cobalt, and silver. Scandium is presented separately as conceptual potential and is not included in the CuEq calculation. Further metallurgical work is ongoing.

Macro Drivers

Strategic Drivers for Critical Mineral Exploration

Energy Transition Demand

Clean energy technologies require up to 4x more copper than fossil fuel equivalents. Critical mineral supplies must expand rapidly to meet net-zero targets.

Supply Chain Security

Western governments are actively securing domestic critical mineral supply chains to reduce reliance on concentrated foreign imports.

Next-Gen Technologies

Scandium and specialized critical alloys enable lighter aircraft, more efficient fuel cells, and next-generation defense hardware.

Tier-1 BC Jurisdiction

British Columbia offers high ESG standards, clean hydro-powered energy grid potential, and transparent Canadian regulatory frameworks.
