Farshad Shirvani M.Sc. Geol. – President & CEO – Mr. Shirvani has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in geology from the Shiraz University in Shiraz, Iran and has more than 22 years of solid geological experience in mineral exploration. Mr. Shirvani is the President of Terracad Geoscience Services Ltd. and served as a member of the Board of Directors of several Junior Mining Companies including Gold Producer Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. (BGM-TSXV) for more than 7 years. Mr. Shirvani brings to Doubleview a wealth of experience in Mining Property Acquisition, Exploration, and Development.

Erik Ostensoe, B.Sc., P. Geo., Geological Consultant, Qualified Person (QP)  – (Mr. E. Ostensoe as the qualified person has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical disclosure content of this website.)

Mr. Ostensoe acts as Qualified Person and principal geological consultant to Doubleview and a shareholder and a co-vendor of the Red Spring Property. He has more than 55 years of solid experience in mineral exploration in British Columbia and elsewhere, including early-stage work at the Valley of Kings and KSM areas, the Schaft Creek copper-molybdenum deposit of Copper Fox and Teck, and the Chu molybdenum deposit near Vanderhoof, B.C.

Stuart (Tookie) Angus, LLB – Mr. Angus is an independent business advisor to the mining industry and is presently Chair of San Marco Resources Inc, K92 Mining Inc, and Kenadyr Mining (Holdings) Corp. He was formerly Head of the Global Mining Group for Fasken Martineau. For the past 40 years, Mr. Angus has focused on structuring and financing significant international exploration, development and mining ventures. More recently, he was managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial and was responsible for merger and acquisition mandates. Mr. Angus is the former Chairman of the Board of BC Sugar Refinery Limited, he was a Director of First Quantum Minerals until June 2005, a Director of Canico Resources Corporation until its takeover by Brazil’s CVRD in 2005, a Director of Bema Gold Corp. until its takeover by Kinross Gold Corporation in 2007, a Director of Ventana Gold Corp. until its takeover by AUX Canada Acquisition Inc. in 2011 and a Director of Plutonic Power Corporation until its merger with Magma Energy Corp. in 2011. He resigned June 30, 2017 as Chair of Nevsun Resources Ltd following its acquisition of Reservoir Minerals.

Patrick McAndless, P.Geo, FGC – Mr. McAndless has over 44 years in the mining industry primarily exploring for base and precious metal deposits. Previously, Mr. McAndless served as Vice-President Exploration of Imperial Metals Inc. and assisted the Imperial Metal’s team in discovering key deposits in British Columbia and Nevada. Other work has included managing large scale exploration projects for various senior and junior mining companies focusing on porphyry copper, volcanic massive sulphide, epithermal gold, uranium, and diamond deposits.

John Buckle, P. Geoph., P. Geo. – Mr. John Buckle, P.Geo., geophysical consultant to the company has been involved in the discovery of a variety of mineral deposits. Mr. Buckle’s insight and interpretation of airborne geophysical data pinpointed the kimberlites that led to the Ekati and Snap Lake diamond mines in Canada’s Northwest Territories. He identified the Eastern Deeps airborne anomaly of the giant Voisey’s Bay nickel mine. For Desert Sun in Brazil, his interpretation of ground IP geophysical data discovered new resources that led to the re-opening of the mined-out Jacobina gold deposit is now in production by Yamana. The discovery holes at the rich El Domo VHMS deposit were spotted by Mr. Buckle. He re-processed and interpreted 40-year-old data that resulted in the targeting of the Lisle zone copper-gold porphyry on DBV’s Hat project.

Thomas E. Lisle, P. Eng., Advisor – Mr. Lisle was responsible for identifying the geologic potential of the Hat Property and the nearby properties of Firesteel Resources. He worked in the this area of northwestern British Columbia in the 1970s and discovered the Dick Creek copper property currently being explored by Firesteel and Prosper Gold. In 1993 he, with Erik Ostensoe, staked the Hat Property and in subsequent years completed various technical surveys that confirmed the presence of an important porphyry-type environment. He is a co-vendor of the Hat Property.
